Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error causing LiveCycle Designer to crash

I have a dynamic form that keeps crashing LiveCycle Designer when I try to change the Field Type of any object or try to add an object to the form. I receive the following errors in this order:

This doesn't happen with any other form. Is this file corpurt and I have to start from scratch. Or is there a way to fix it? I am running LiveCycle Designer 8.2.1.4 on Windows XP sp3. I upgraded from CS3 to CS5 Premium mid-Jan 2011. But I don't think that is the issue since this is my only form crashing. I have uploaded the form at http://www.whitetailsunlimited.com/test/ns09.pdf if anyone can help me.

Thanks,

CJ

Just tried your form and it works fine for me .....I am using version 9 of Designer and there were fixes added that did modify older templates. If you give

me your email address I will send you the template after I save it in my Designer. Then we can see if it fixes the issue.

Nuts...that didn't work Still crashes when trying to change Field Type of Object or add an object. I am pretty sure I have gotten all the necessary updates for the Adobe products, Microsoft Office, and Windows. Any other thoughts besides upgrading Designer to ver. 9?

Paul - I don't see Designer ver. 9 on the site. Does that come with Acrobat X?

Yes it is bundled with Acro X .....I would download the trial copy and try it before investing.
