LiveCycle Configuration Manager

i have installed LiveCycle Designer ES4 but i don't have the Configuration Manager to install the Mobil Form and Forms Manager.
the installation was made on a pc with with7/32.
where can i find the configuration manager

To avail Mobile Forms and Forms Manager, you need to install LiveCycle Server. Then you will be able to run configuration manager to choose these modules.

Nope. Two different products. LiveCycle is now AEM Forms.
