If you have any luck let me know. I can't get the upgrade either and we upgraded from Pro 9 to Pro XI. Very frustrated on this end.

My IT manager has an account with them and everytime I get an email sent to my user and they want us to enter more information including serial numbers which i have done. But still cannot talk to a live person and my user is stuck hmmmmmmmmmmmm
