I have a trial version of LiveCycle. I purchased LiveCycle, but I can't get it to download, I get "Error processing..."

I have a trial version of LiveCycle.  I purchased LiveCycle, but I can't get it to download, I get "Error processing...".

So I tried to find in my trial version where I can input my Serial Number, but I can not find it.

My trail version is about to expire and I NEED to get this working!!!!!

Please help!

I have spent literally HOURS trying to get an answer - I keep going around and around in your system.

Can I PLEASE talk to a human being!

I have been using the Trial Version and I purchased the LiveCyle, but I don;t know how to get my Serial Number in the Trial Version.  The program will NOT let me download what I purchased and ny Trial version is about to expire - what do I do?!?!?!?!?

Cindy Cameron I am sorry you are facing difficulty contacting our support team.  Have you tried contacting our support team at Contact Customer Care?  If you are not receiving an option to chat with a member of our support team then please utilize a different web browser.

Please be aware this is a public forum.  I have edited your previous post to remove your phone number.  The LiveCycle installation, configuration, deployment, and administration forum is the forum which is going to be applicable to your current concern.  The community in this forum has knowledge on the installation process for LiveCycle.  You may also want to search this forum to see if your question has been asked previously.

Seriously! Now I am so frustrated I am crying.

WHY can’t I get a simple answer to my question?

I keep going around and around in your system and I can’t talk to anyone.

There are no chats that I can access.

All I want to know is what do I do now? How do I get the purchased version of Live Cycle?

I went onto MY ORDERS, found the Order #, but there is no DOWNLOAD available. So I clicked on the ENGLISH Version to Download and I get an error message.

TRULY no one should have to waste this kind of time trying to do something SO SIMPLE.

Is there a support number I can call?

Thank you, I do appreciate being able to (at least) discuss this in email format. Next best thing would be able to actually TALK to someone.

I am having a very similar problem. Trying to find someone at Adobe to simply talk to is excruciating (and impossible). All I need is a serial number, and it's not available under my profile. I would trying using a competitor's product, but unfortunately the software package that I am using requires Adobe in order to edit forms. Can't believe the difficulty that I am having ......
