How to make price based on date

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to make a price formula based on the date the user enters on a fillable form? So, for example if the user chooses a date in the month of January: the price is $40 but if they choose a date that is in April the price is $100?

Here's my solution. I set the date format to date{YYYY-MM-DD}. You'll want to adjust the portion where the date is detected to match how you format the date.
