How do I set permissions for Shared Object Library?

We have a shared custom library. I want people to be able to use it, and maybe also to be able to add to it. However, we just lost a few things, so I unfortunately have to restrict the ability to delete from it. I see in the shared library .xml file that permissions is set to "adm". The options in Group Properties to define what is allowed are grayed out. How to I do what I want to do?

Hi,

Seems the Designer UI doesn't allow the permissions to be updated, maybe because you would expect multiple users to have the file open.

But if you edit the permission attribute in the xml file (with notepad or whatever) remove the "d" to remove the delete permission, and remove the "m" will remove the modify permission.
