How do I configure a livecycle designer Form which can be completed by multiple users?

I have been trying to use a form to collect data from a work group where 1 user complete a portion then it has to be routed to the next user, who in turn sends by email to the next and so on . is there another way to do this besides relying on the users to send by email?
