generate XDP form definition

Hello,

has anyone seen an application that generates an XDP form definition from some kind of script or DB? I am not talking about filling form data into an existing XDP, but creating the XDP from scratch.

The idea is not to replace LiveCycle Designer, but use LCD in a second step to refine, check and test the generated form, then use it to produce a PDF from the XDP.
