Fillable & Savable PDF

I am using Designer to create a fillable PDF, but I would also like it savable.  How do I accomplish this, the only way I have found is if you have Acrobat DC.  Those with reader can fill it out, but cannot save.

You can extend the form with Acrobat to allow users to fill it out.

Let me rephrase altru990 answer.

Use Adobe Acrobat DC to extend the fillable pdf by going to File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)
