Cannot download LiveCycle Designer 8.2.1

I cannot download LiveCycle Designer 8.2.1 from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=livecycle_designer_8_2_1

The 'Download' button does not start anything. There is even no error message, just nothing happens. Chacked on many computers and browsers - same...

How can I download LiveCycle 8.2 then?

If you are looking to evaluate LiveCycle Designer, you should evaluate the latest release.  Trial download available here:  www.adobe.com/go/trylivecycle_designer

Adobe doesn't provide evaluations of old versions of LiveCycle software, the LiveCycle ES4 Designer can be downloaded at the link provided above.

If you really do need an older version of the software for a specific reason, you can still join the AEDP program (The Adobe Enterprise Developer Program - not to be confused with the short-lived ADEP branding). You can find older versions of all the LiveCycle products as well as other enterprise server products. http://www.adobe.com/devnet/aedp.html.

The AEDP program provides access to only the current release of the software not the older releases.

This was unfortunate and does happen from time to time.  I've contacted the web team at Adobe to ensure these links are removed or redirect to a valid LiveCycle page.  My apologies.  I didn't see a reason in this thread as to why the 8.2 release was a requirement.  Perhaps that would shed some light on an alternate approach.

Looking at my account I have access to the installers back to 7.x including Workbench (and in turn, Designer installer).

I'm a CC subscriber but cannot find the old version anywere.

You'll have to get this directly from Adobe. CC does not include Designer as it's been removed from Acrobat. Ideally if you are licensed already you'll be able to get access to the media via support. Alternatively as I mentioned AEDP will give you access to older versions of Workbench which include Designer.
