Adobe LiveCycle: EmailService - Not recieving email in my inbox

Dear Friends,

I have done required configuration to send an email, but is not yet recieving in the target inbox.Kindly troubleshoot or guide me , how can I solve this problem?.Attaching screen shot for reference.

I am using Adobe LiveCycle 8.2.1

Do you have a mail server running at sandbox.adobe.com?

Yes, Madam.But the problem is it is not firing mail at times.

I am using James Mailserver , could you please guide me to creatre a new domain there? or guide me to rectify the issue.

Did you check the "Stalled Action Errors" page for any errors?, or any errors in the log file?

Can you ping sandbox.adobe.com using a command prompt?
