Radio Button problem

I have inherited maintaining a static form and have very little experience with LC ES that came with Acrobat 9. This form has two sets of 3 radio buttons that when one is selected it automatically poplulates a statement on the form. One of the Radio Button choices is "Divert" which should produce another radio button choice of "Adult", "Ped", or "Both". I have researched the tutorials and code and cannot get it to work correctly. I will be happy to provide a link to the form or e-mail it to you if you are willing to look at it since I am a newbie to all this coding and programming.

The link to see the form code is http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8201090/Divert%20Form%20Code.txt

The link to see the form is http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8201090/Hospital%20Diversion.pdf

Thanks

Hi,

The form is password protected, so it is not possible to see what is going on. The 'code' is the full XML Source listing, so you have access to the form. If you could post a version without password security. Just go tot he File > Form Properties > Security tab, and clear the checkbox.

The XML Source listing shows that script is in the click event of each radiobutton, but it is difficult to see what is going on.
