Radio button group can only select Yes.

I have a radio button group with two buttons, one Yes and one No. Right now it will only let the user select the Yes radio button. I have checked the hierarchy and both are included in the RadioButtonList.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks for your response. I replaced the ones that weren't working with a copy of a set that were working fine and all are working fine now. I haven't been able to recreate the problem.
