"Submit Cancelled" error - but e-mail is still sent. Can this be fixed?

I created an interactive checklist for my sales team to use. Depending on the type of contract, the questions on the checklist change. Only those questions that appear are required fields (no hidden required fields). The checklist has yes/no radio buttons to determine if information in contract is correct. If they select "No," a comments field is fillable and mandatory (otherwise it is read only and not mandatory). This uses a custom submit button. Everything works perfectly! However, when the e-mail is sent, users get an adobe error message: Submit Cancelled. The e-mail goes through, but they are either sending it multiple times, or using a different form of submission (which we are trying to avoid) since they think it has failed.

Created in Adobe LiveCycle ES3.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to correct it? I will be glad to provide a copy of the document if needed.

Cheers,

Brock

Did you ever find a solution for this one?  I am having the same issue and I can't work out how to stop it!
