"Illegal name specified for node: [Name 1]"

I created a form in Livecycle Designer that populates a data dropdown from a SQL table. The Dropdown populates as expected, however each time I open the pdf I get a warning.  "Illegal name specified for node: [Name of first employee name from SQL]"  I have not found much online but I am assuming that this error/warning occurs because of the space in the name.  Is there a way to suppress the error/warning from within Adobe Acrobat? As I mentioned, the form works beautifully other than displaying this error/warning every time the pdf is opened.

(The real name of the employee has been redacted, I entered a placeholder to demonstrate the format of the info)

It could be due to the mismatch of SQL data type and data string.
