Question about reinstalling Adobe Livecycle in another PC

Hi, we have previously installed a copy of the Adobe Livecycle software in a PC but the PC crashed and we are unable to uninstall the software so as to "transfer" the software to another PC.

Is it possible to just reuse the license key and install the Adobe Livecycle in another PC?

I have this exact same situation, and am wondering how to reinstall on a different computer, since it was an online download/purchase. Responding to follow the thread.
