H, I posted a while back about a problem with a simple PDF form and I thought I had figured it out but my client is still saying he can't fill it out with Adobe Reader. Here is my last post: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/833804
And here is the form: http://renewableassociates.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/AS-Worksheet-v4.pdf
Could somebody please download my form and tell me if they can use Reader to edit and save, or if there are any other problems? I tried it with the newest version of Reader and seemed to work great. Thank you for any help. This is driving me crazy and Im starting to think it's not on my end but on the clients end. Thanks!

Where you able to save the form after editing, close the form, open it back up and see your changes? Sorry I should have added that to the initial post. This form, as of right now, is only going to be used between myself and one other individual and we will just be sending the form as an attachment through email.
Could there be complications that arise from using diffrent operating systems? The client is not on a Mac.
Thanks.

Yes that is what I tested ....if they are using a MAC then they should not be using the native Mac viewer (called Preview I think) .....they should use Adobe's Reader. There is a known issue with Preview not updating the fields correctly.
