Problem with tabbing order

I have used custome tab to set the order and made sure the hierarchy is in the correct order.  This is a Dynamic form with many flowed text boxes, drop down, radio buttons and such.  When trying to tab from field to field, boxes are skipped over and out of order.  Ideas?

Give your fields an unique name and then reset your tabbing order.
