I hope you are all well. We are using AdobeLivecycle to create form templates and generate forms using services of the worklfow which we have created with adobe livecycle workbench.
We are testing these templates with two different user accounts on same server( Windows Server).
In my account everything works well . But when my colleague tries to test same pdf file on his account, some of foreign letters does not visible on pdf document.
(Letters are there, we can see the missing letter when we try to search or copy. It just does not visible on pdf document.) We tried to change region settings on livecycle designer but it did not correct the output.We 've also tried to change pdf viewer settings .
Can anyone help us to solve our problem with foreign letters?
