Problem with multiple selections on Data bound List box

I have created a form on which I have placed a List Box.

I have then created a Read Only connection to a SQL Server database and connected it to the List Box.

This works perfectly in Preview PDF with the List Box populated with results from the query.

When I try to make the List Box - "Multiple Selection" the list Box is not populated with data.

This gives 2 possibilities either I've missed some configuration or there is some issue with the List Box object.

Can someone offer advice/knowledge please.

I just tried it here with an Access database and was able to set the multi-select and the listbox populated from the DB column without issue. I did get a warning indicating that I had to change the commit property from selct to exit though....but that did not affect the operation of the listbox.
