Problem with JPEG files in an Image Field

I have created a form that contains image fields that the user will place JPEG files into. I am having problems when I test the JPEGs. Sometimes they drop in to the fields but generally not. The JPEG files aren't corrupt. Is there any way of fixing this problem?

Hi,

make sure the jpeg use RGB colors instead of CMYK colors.

Designer only supports RGB colors.

Thanks for that. All JPEGs are RGB but I'm still having problems with inserting the images when I've opened the form in Reader.

Is there any other reason that this is not working?

What Reader version do you use?

If it is Reader X and the protected mode is enabled, and the image files are stored on a network drive, there could be some trouble.
