Problem with dynamic PDF form. Headlines of tables multiply independently when opening the form!

I have created a dynamic PDF form with Livcycle ES4. In some dynamic tables, table headers are multiplied several times after opening the form. Where is the error?

Hi,

Make sure the correct row is being repeated in the Object > Binding Options.

The simpler option which I do all the time, is to just have the heading row as a separate table above the repeating rows. If required, add it to the master page and alter the content area.
