problem installing livecycle designer

Please give us a few more details, nobody can imagine you circumstances!

What program version do you want to install?

From where do you try to install that program (CD-ROM, downloaded EXE)?

What OS version do you use exactly (Press Windows + Pause buttons to find out)?

What is the error message (word for word please) you see?

the error message says: Adobe LIveCycle ES4 installations for webSphere are not supported on 32 bit operating systems.  It is recommended not to proceed with installation.

Aha! So you're not trying to install LiveCycle Designer (32Bit) but the LiveCycle Server for IBM WebSphere on Windows Server (64Bit).

Only Designer can be installed under Windows 7 (x86)!

The size of the installer is about 190MB!
