Hi Friends,
I'am facing problems connecting to WSDL sites.
I have created a form with data connection to
http://www.webservicex.net/globalweather.asmx?wsdl
I'am entering the following values
City Name : Birmingham
Country Name : United Kingdom
when I click on the Get Weather Button, Nothing is returned.
The sample pdf file is
https://acrobat.com/#d=9yVA1-qGKVe78vPJfLM4Qg
I have also ensured that I have saved this as a Dynamic XML form .pdf
Please help
Thanks
KR

Web Service connectivity works with Acrobat PRO. If you open your form in Acrobat, it should work as expected..
But to make the form work in Adobe Reader, you need to Reader Extend the form using Server Component..
There is a way to Reader extend the form using Acrobat Pro but that option does not have connecting to webservices..
FYI-- Attached is your form, which I Reader Extended by using the Server component..

Hi,
Here is a summary for the deployment of LC Designer forms to Acrobat and Reader. You will see from this when web service calls are available and when they are not, depending on what the user has (Acrobat or Reader) and if and how the form is enabled.
