I have a form including text and textfields (tot. 15 pages). Sometimes there are fields that people does not fill in and therefore we need just to print out the fields including the information, like breadtext. Cannot find any way of handling this - printing form gives us all textfields with or without text and all text (headings on top of every textfiled) will not be printed out. Exporting to Word, txt, rtf is not ok either.
