Print and Reset buttons aren't working

I have several forms that I've created in LiveCycle ES 8.2.  I used the Print and Reset buttons by just pulling them directly from the Object Library with no modifications whatsoever.  These buttons work great while I'm in LiveCycle using the Preview PDF tab.  They work great if I open them in Adobe Pro or Reader.  However, they have been placed on our website and when I go to those forms on the web, neither button works. Any ideas what might cause this?  I can click File, Print, and print them, but I want the buttons to work!!!!!

OK, more info...I've discovered that for people who DO NOT have Adobe Standard or Pro installed on their comptuers,

the buttons work just fine.  But for everyone with whom I have checked who has Adobe Reader only, the buttons work fine.  So I guess the question now is can I force the form to open with Reader or modify the buttons so that they work regardless of which program is used to open the form?
