Posting form to website

I have created  a fillable form with LiveCycle that is used to track filled work.  Once the form is completed the employee submits the form back and it is reviewed.  One the form has been reviewed and changes are made, it is then posted to our company's website. The problem I am having is the form is still fillable and we have a numerous amount of forms to be posted everyday and we don't have the time to individually save the form to a pdf before posting to the web.

Is there a solution that would automatically change the form to a pdf before its posted to the web?
