My company purchased a single user license for adobe livecycle es4. I have the serial number and the end user ID but we are unsure how to actually download livecycle to begin with (where a link might be or how we access it). I tried contacting support but it is impossible to get a hold of a human being without being rerouted to the pre-answered faqs on the website. I'd appreciate any help!
