Populate Pre-Existing Form w/ Results from Access Query

Avatar

Level 1

Good evening all,

I have searched the Web for an answer and have yet to find anything on this topic. Does anyone know if it it possible to populate a pre-existing Adobe PDF form with results from an Access query. My hope is that the form can be properly set up with LiveCycle and that there is some way to link Access query results (fields) to particular fields in the Adobe form. Has anyone done anyting like this?

Help on this topic or leads to information on the Web would be greatly appreciated. My development database is all in Access, but I will be "upsizing' the database tables to SQL Server in the near future, if that has any bearing on the approach to take.

I'll check back in the morning...

Many thanks!

Eric

The best solution would be to create a Web Service for MS Access and invoke the Web Service from the PDF.
