Populate Drop Down Lists

Hello,

How would I go about doing this?  I want to have a drop down box with maybe 10 selections available in it.  When they make there selection it will auto populate other drop down boxes or automatically select certain boxes in the rest of the form based on the initial selection.  Is this even possible?  Any help would be greatly appreciatted.
