Populate a subform from info entered into a dynamic table??

I have a dynamic table used for event sign up.  As people call and sign up to attend an event, a row is added to the table and the person's information is entered in that row.  Some activities have 3 people sign up, some have 100.  I need to have each row populate info in a separate subform.  For example, if 3 people sign up, I need the form to create 3 subforms and transfer the information from each row into one of the subforms; if 100 people sign up, I need 100 subforms and the information from each row transferred into one of the subforms.  Is this possible?  Basically the subform is an invoice that needs to sync with Quickbooks to create invoices and bill people for the events.  I know how to sync with quickbooks, I'm just not sure how to have a form dynamically create the subforms based on the number of rows added to the table.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Rose.
