Betreff: Please help me convert this PDF

Hello,

I've tried everything I'm capable of doing to convert this file I received from my old overseas bank. I get the following message when I try to open it:

 

I have a MAC computer and when I try the prompt to the first suggested resolution, I am unable to send the file. I would just really appreciate being able to send this to someone to convert it, as that option was offered by Adobe. I'm not capable of coding or complicated resolutions. Can anyone else me please?

I am not a MAC user but you should be able to open it with Adobe Reader for Mac. See here

It still won't allow me to open the document, I posted more information one what I'm seeing now.

Then it asks me to download another package:

 And I've tried to download all of them but it won't allow me to download anything. Is there anyone I can send this to from Adobe who can simply convert this for me?

What track version does your Reader show?
