Pin down field in flowed form

How can one pin down a field in a form that is set as flowed. My form is only 1/2 a page to allow for some fields to grow and be added, but I want to have the page number of this form pinned to the bottom right corner. How can this be accomplished?

Ideally the page number field will be placed within Master Form . The main advantage is, if your content exceeds the first page, you will be able to see the page number repeated on all further pages. Also you can place the fields anywhere irrespective of the page's layout (flowed/positioned)
