Pictures imported into PDF fillable form not visible upon reopening saved document

Hello.  I would appreciate some assistance with PDF forms and images.

I created a PDF fillable, expandable field, signature enabled form using LiveCycle Designer ES8.2.

I opened using Adobe Acrobat pro, and saved as reader enabled as the vast majority of staff will access and complete the form using Reader.

Images/Pictures can be imported and appear when the document has been saved and still open, however upon closing and reopening, all images are gone.

Hi,

Should be as simple as that.  What sort of data binding do you have on the field, if it is No data binding then you wont get the image saved.  Another possibility would be some initialisation script removing the image.
