Photoshop Coversion error...

[Former Community Member]

I converted psd(photoshop) to pdf with pdf generate es's watched folder.

But, I met this log with error.

I already installed photoshop cs2 version and adobe 9 extended.

and, watched folder setting, and, system variables, Photoshop_PATH, too.

What's wrong ?

Plz, help me.....

I'm unclear whether you ever succeeded in converting files to PDF. The log you included showed that you attempted to convert 3 separate files:

Was PDFGenerator able to convert Carpet.psd to PDF?

Re DVDMenu.psd conversion failure, the default Server Conversion Timeout is 270 seconds. Try increasing the timeout value. If you are submitting your conversion jobs by using the LiveCycle Administration Console web pages for PDF Generator, then you can change the timeout in the Create PDF dialog. Unfortunately, I can't remember how to change the Timeout when submitting from a Watched Folder endpoint. I'll research this and get back to you.

Server Conversion Timeout: The maximum job conversion timeout (in seconds) for the Generate PDF service and the Distiller service. This setting limits the maximum conversion timeout that can be specified in the config.xml file and in the LiveCycle Administration Console pages for PDF Generator ES. The default value is 270.

PDF Generator can't convert dng files.

WRT the Digital Negative file format (dng), Photoshop CS4 introduced support for dng files. The Generate PDF service uses native applications to convert native file formats to PDF. In particular, it uses Photoshop CS2 to convert psd files. Generate PDF does not support CS3 or CS4, so Generate PDF cannot convert dng files.
