I recently upgraded to Acrobat XI pro and was able to obtain a copy of LifeCycle Designer ES4 which I installed because I have foms that were created in Acrobat 9 Pro. However, the abiity to preview PDF is greyed out and while I've looked online for a simple solution, I haven't yet found an answer. I did a "repair" on both programs but nothing changed. Before I uninstall and re-install, I'd like to know more about the issue and what to do about it. I have the PDF reader enabled as an add-on in IE11.
