PDF Generator excel conversion issue

I am having problems converting excel documents through PDF Generator (ES2).  I tried in workbench and it does not convert.  So, I tried to do it manually on the server and it comes up with a message asking:

"SummaryInput - Acrobat PDFMaker cannot create Tags, Comments and Links for Protected Worksheets.  Unprotect the Worksheet to get these features.  Do yu want to proceed and create a PDF file without tags?"

The worksheets are not protected.

How can I get rid of this message so it will convert through workbench?

Hi,

Try 'Deselecting the "Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF," in the properties.

You can try with : -

Convert to PDF settings :
Used "Prompt for selecting Excel Sheets" and "Add Links to Adobe Pdf".
De-selected "Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF".

Unchecking this flag, should remove this alert.
