PDF forms created in LC designer ES2 crash in designer ES4

Does this form still open in Designer ES2?

Yes, the form is working fine in ES2 designer. Also most of forms have no such problem but just a few and no big difference among them.

And some people suggested me to keep the forms as XDPs until  to distribute them, then save them as PDFs. I did that way and seems not working. The XDP files also crash when to open in ES4 designer but not in ES2 designer.
