PDF Form created in LC Designer 2: Possible to make PDF backwards compatible to Acrobat 8 Reader

Client has not and doesn't want to upgrade to Acrobat 9.  The form is interactive and works perfectly in Acrobat 9.  Form opens in Acrobat 8 but message alerts pop up warning to upgrade Acrobat.  Is there a way to make these message alerts go away?

Sure,

just set up the target version of your form under the form properties.

You can select either 8.0 or 8.1.

But, you should check the reports bar right after as not all functions you currently use might be supported by earlier Reader versions.
