PATH_NOT_TRUSTED.........pdf signature verification failure

Hi All,

I am using PDF signature verification process.

While verifying pdf having signature field with the verification process i am getting signer status "UNKNOWN"

and in pdf signature verification result i am getting failure reason as "PATH_NOT_TRUSTED"

Will anybody explain me the reason for failure??

You are probable missing the "intermediate" certificate in the LiveCycle Trust Store.  Refer to the posts and screen shot at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/762080?tstart=0

Make sure that you import the intermediate certificate into the Trust Store (certificates) section.  You do not need to set any of the trust properties, but the certificate must be in the Trust Store.

Thanks for your reply on this issue

I have already installed the interediate certificate into the Adobe LC server.

I donr know what will be the reason for PATH_NOT_TRUSTED error.
