Participant (isn't a LiceCycle User)

Hi All,

How is the best way to do the process with the follow steps:

1: Iniciator complete Form Datos and start the process.

2.  The email is sent to a participant (the participant isn't a Livecycle User.. Don't have Workspace access).

3. THE PROCESS Stop.... waiting the email reply ...

4. The participant, receive the email, open the form and fill some fields, and reply the email with the form Attach

5. The process Continue... (receive the attach file)

How can I do it?

How can the process wait for the email reply?

How can the process receive the form Information?

This is possible!

The Email Receive activity will make the process wait until the expected email is received.

You can filter emails based on the EmailFromAddress and Subject. In order to correlate your offline callback, you can add the process id to the subject line when sending email to email participant. The participant then should reply to the same email without changing its subjects line (or at least leaving the process id undeleted)

Hi Nith,

I'm trying ... but the task (receive) don't wait for the Email.

I configured only the: From Filter and the Connections Setting.

But the process continues before that  I reply the email.

What's wrong?

Can you help me configure the params?

I did other test:

When I filter for a Subject (for example) The play record show a error, because the EMAIL Subject don't exist Yet...

But I I reply the email with the subject (the filter subject) The process don't continue... The error persists

I don't know how works the receive Service

You can test the email receive operation from within LiveCycle Workbench ES2.

Make sure your testing succeeded from there.

I do not configured an email account so unable to test that from my sandbox .
