Paragraph and Font pallett

I was working away in a form and I go to open my paragraph and font pallett and it is blank, just dark grey. How can I open it again, it was working all along, I think I pushed a button by mistake

Shift+F4 to opne fonat pallet and for it to display selectable content you need to select some tool item(Like textfield, text) in the designer.

My system shutdown, when I signed back on it was working, thanks for you reply.
