Page numbering...everypage but 1

I need to put page numbers in my document.  I've looked in the help, but haven't found anything specific on how and

where to do this.

Would it go in the master page?  If so, how do you get the page number to show up?

I place mine on the master page, and then format the numbering under the master page object-pagination tab.

Drag the "Page n of m" object off the Custom Object Library palette, put it on your master page and format as you wish.
