Output multiple PDFs from a single XML

I have an XML file with multiple records, and I'd like the output a PDF file for each record. How do I do this?

Using Adobe LiveCycle ES you can do it veru easily. Do you have access to LiveCycle ES server software? if yes, I can give you a sample process
