We would like to know how often and who is opening our reports after they've been distributed. We distribute the reports in several ways, through a web site, by e-mail, and through an FTP site. Tracking the hits to the web site is done and the e-mail has a link that requires a log-in so we capture that, but what can we do about FTP and usage after they have left our system?
Any ideas on how to best implement this? Is it possible?
