hello everyone, i'm trying to achieve the following on a livecycle form:
-a numeric field that allows only 9 digits, no more and no less. if the user tries to click away from the field without satisfying the 9 digits, an error message will pop up.
-allows leading zeroes. this will be a field that will allow up to 3 leading zeroes for employee id numbers
i've tried scripts and patterns from previous discussions, crashed the program several times and i'm at my wit's end! any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
