Hi
I have installed LC ES2 (ver 9 ) using Express Mode on top of JBOSS server.
When I am trying to log in to http://localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions/ I am getting error like
" No Reader Extensions Credentials were loaded , Contact your administrator".
Please let me know that way how to get rid of the this error .
Thanks
Praveen

You can download a trial RE credential from "http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_ext_cert"

Hi Praveen,
As the message says.. It occurs when there are no Reader Extension credentials avaialable on LC server.
Steps to get rid of this:
Log on to LC adminui "http://<host>:<port>/adminui"
Navigate to Home > Settings > TrustStore Management > Local credentials
Import a Reader Extension credential (set truststore type as " Reader Extensions Credential")
Now log on to ReaderExtension web UI "http://<host>:<port>/ReaderExtensions" ... now you will not see any error being thrown.

Hi Santosh,
I downloaded the file, and when I am trying to import the credentials for the Reader Exntensions Credential, with an Alias and Credential file as downloaded from your reply, it gives me messages
No password is defined, and if I enter some temp password it gives me error message
MacData.MacData: MAC Verification failed -- PKCS #12 contents cannot be read or decoded(error code bin: 259, hex: 0x103)
So what password should I enter here.
Thanks for your help.
