New to Livecycle PDFG getting error "inPDFDoc is required"

I am just installing Livecycle 9 PDFG with JBoss and MySQL in a turnkey installation. I have setup a watched folder and am now trying to perform the first basic tests. I have copied a doc file into the input folder and after a minute it processes, but goes to the failure folder. In the log it says Parameter: inPDFDoc is required.

I assume there is some configuration setting I have not done, but don't know where.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Did you create the Watched Folder endpoint from the Admin UI (http://server:port/adminui) or from the Workbench IDE?  If you did it from the AdminUI, delete it and try creating it from Workbench.
