Nested panel based on radio button selection

And I'm back.

In Guide Builder----

I have a radio button group made of 4 buttons. When 'delete' is choses, I want 'user id' to display (it is its own panel).

This is what I've done and it's not working:

'user id' panel is set to nested optional

in the specify panel display rules for this panel--use display rules, add a rule.

under panel or field guide I chose the radio button list (the one above with the 4 options).

set condition to 'equals'

set the value to 'delete'

When I preview the guide and choose 'delete' the user id panel doesn't appear.

What am I missing/doing wrong?
