We are running LiveCycle ES2 on WebSphere 7 and connecting to Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 SP3.
We implemented the "Poodle" vulnerability fix which disables SSL communication and enables TLS.
Now WebSphere cannot connect to the SQL server. The SQL driver being used is in C:\Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle ES2\lib\db\mssql\sqljdbc.jar.
My assumption is that the driver provided by Adobe LiveCycle is not compatible with TLS. After reverting to SSL, communication works but this is cannot be a permanent solution as it leaves us open to "Poodle" attacks.
Is there a sqljdbc.jar available that will work with ES2 as well as communicate via TLS? If so, where can I get this and are there any other configuration changes needed aside from swapping out the .jar?
